Opera Taster: Beethoven’s “Fidelo”

Do you have an interest in German opera that you’d love to pursue that little bit more? Well, here at the Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta we can help.

Right now we’re running a ten week opera course, taught in English, that gives you an introduction to the genre within the context of German and European history through excerpts and videos of the operas.

This taster event will give you an idea of what the course is like, it’s an insight into a lesson and what’s involved. No previous opera or musical knowledge is required either so there’s no excuse there!

Here are the details:

fideliobig001When: Wednesday, June 25th, 2014
