German Language Class: Neues Jahr
We had Frohe Weinachten, now it’s time for Neues Jahr! Do you want to know more about how Germans welcome in the new year? Read on!
The new year, or Silverster as it’s called in Germany, is a pretty big thing with lots of different events happening around it.
Join us for a German language class looking at the customs and traditions surrounding New Year’s Eve.
The class will include:
- Intercultural knowledge about both German and French traditions
- A look at how New Year is celebrated in Germany
- New Year’s resolutions
- Much, much more!
This class is suitable for all levels and will be mostly taught in English.

Time: 6:30 – 8:30pm
Where: Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta
Admission: $30.00 members, $35.00 non-members
